The 15th machining seminar is organized by the precision tools industrial sector of Swissmem. It brings together more than 50 Swiss manufacturers of precision tools, mostly SMEs. Other members of the industrial sector also produce clamping pliers, grinding tools and hard material coatings. With an average export share of more than 80%, this sector is among the global technological leaders in their specific niches.
