Simulations
Through simulation, using some of the best software available on the market, our engineers predict the behavior of your product under its real operating conditions. We create a highly predictive virtual test bench, on which various tests and simulations can be performed.
Testing
We provide specialized services and personnel in acoustic, structural, durability, and rotating machinery measurements and analysis. Thanks to our close partnership with Siemens, BSIM employs Simcenter™ Testlab™ and Simcenter™ SCADAS™ hardware solutions for data acquisition and processing.
0D/1D Transient, Multidomain Analysis
We simulate the dynamic performance of a component or multi-domain system (including thermal, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical elements, etc.), predicting important physical quantities during the design phase (such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, masses involved, forces, accelerations, etc.) and the energy flows within the system.

3D Fluid dynamic Analysis

Finite Element Analysis FEM
We perform FEM calculations of your product’s structural performance, analyzing complex issues related to the behavior of advanced materials such as Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics (CFRP), Metal Matrix Composites (MMC), post-buckling phenomena, bonding failure, and damage progression.

Acoustic Testing
We improve the acoustic design of your products by quickly identifying the sources contributing to unwanted noise. We assist you in locating acoustic sources across a wide range of frequencies, both in the near and far acoustic fields.
Durability Testing
Our consultants support you at every step of a typical test campaign, from channel setup and measurement activities to validation, consolidation, and analysis, all the way to reporting. We experimentally acquire and analyze loads and fatigue of vehicle components and road load for you.
Structural Testing
We handle experimental modal acquisitions and analyses, obtaining the frequency response functions (FRF) of the system, natural frequencies, and mode shapes. We identify the causes of unwanted vibrations through accurate transfer path analysis (TPA).
