[Wärtsilä Propulsion] Fuel-efficient propeller designs using a digital twin
Wärtsilä propulsion deploys a Simcenter digital twin to ensure fuel-efficient propeller designs. Using Simcenter STAR-CCM+, Simcenter Amesim and NX, they are able to analyze complete propeller system performance at full-scale, which reduces fuel inefficiency and minimizes surprises and failures in testing.
